Appitizers:
-Cup of Watermelon Gazpacho
-Grilled Basil & Lemon Shrimp
-Classic Caesar salad served in a parmesan bowl and served with Caesar dressing
-Our house salad filled with dried fruit, pine nuts, feta cheese and served with a raspberry vinaigrette
Entrees: All entrees except pasta come with chef’s selection of starch and vegetable.
-8 oz Filet of Sirloin- espresso rubbed and topped with crispy shallots
-Stuffed Lobster Tail- filled with our lump crab imperial
-Stuffed double bone pork chop- filled with apples and coated with a coconut sauce
-Deep fried whole Red Snapper- topped with a Mango Scallop Salsa
-Grilled Chicken Pasta- Served over angel hair pasta, asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil, kalamata olives & arugula in an asiago cream sauce
Desserts:
-Chocolate Fondue, served with fresh fruit
-Apple Dumpling served with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream
-A fruit or lemon tart served with our homemade sorbet
